LUVATA: reorganisation at the head of the group

FINLAND – LUVATA, an international group of ventilation equipment manufacturers has announced organisational changes that will allow its three divisions to benefit from more autonomy, accountability and create a strategic direction to the market.

The three divisions – namely, special products, heat transfer solutions and tubing – named Jussi Helavirta, Call Dennis and Ron Beal to be the respective head the three divisions. Jyrki Vesaluoma was also appointed General Director of LUVATA OY, a subsidiary. This holding company focuses on the financial performance of the group. In addition to his new role as CEO, Jyrki will continue to perform his function of Group Finance Director.

Jean-Pierre Leesi now holds the position of President of LUVATA OY. He was also appointed CEO of MUNTERS AB, another investment fund company NORDIC CAPITAL (Fund VII). He held the interim position since May 2014. The new President said that “The Board of Directors and LUVATA management team are pleased to announce this major reorganisation. It brings greater competitiveness to LUVATA in services on the market and a greater force for its future.”
