Carrier unveil new Vector trailer

RUSSIA – Carrier Transicold Europe is set to unveil its latest solutions for an enhanced cold chain and share its progress toward the development of natural refrigerant for over-the-road transport at the Comtrans Show 2015 in Moscow. One of the products which is making its debut in Russia is the new Vector 1350 trailer unit, which is the latest addition to the family of three specialized refrigeration units which have been designed to fit a multitude of customer applications from long haul to urban distribution.
Carrier Transicold’s exhibition stand is also slated to feature an exclusive “innovation lab,” which is intended to provide visitors with greater insight into the future of refrigerated transport. The stand will also provide visitors with the opportunity to learn more about Carrier Transicold’s vision for the use of natural refrigerants in future light commercial vehicle, truck and trailer products, which the company hope will help further sustainability in the cold chain.
In addition to promoting and displaying their new products, Carrier Transicold’s stand has also been designed with a view to inform visitors about their enhanced full-service maintenance package, everCOLD, which the company claims will offer customers added flexibility in the event that their fleet size changes during the contract term.
Carrier Transicold will also avail of the occasion to showcase its new, 24/7 year-round incident management service, oneCALL, which is expected to give customers access to an expanded network of more than 600 service points in 59 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Carrier claim that their customers, after making a simple phone call, will benefit from prompt assistance and real-time follow-up of their case by SMS and email or online via the Web tracker service.
