USA –  Daikin Industries today released a press statement announcing that it had indeed obtained all equity interest for Flanders Holdings LLC effective April 27, 2016 (local time), through its subsidiary American Air Filter Company Inc. and had completed the acquisition. The group also disclosed that the acquisition price was 430 million dollars.

Today’s confirmation is a follow up on the company’s initial declaration, made on February the 9th of this year, announcing the agreement in principle to complete the acquisition of Flanders. Daikin further revealed that the acquisition of Flanders would be reflected in the company’s consolidated financial settlement from March 31, 2017.
